Velour London (“we”) is a UK fragrance house based in London, United Kingdom. For anything relating to your data, email hello@velourlondon.com.

Email address — when you join our list (footer, homepage, welcome offer or restock alerts), we store your email to send you the updates you asked for and to apply your welcome discount. Lawful basis: consent. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by writing to us.

Order details — when you buy, your name, contact details, delivery address and order history are processed by Shopify, our commerce provider, to fulfil your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Payment card details are handled entirely by Shopify Payments or PayPal — they never touch our servers.

Messages — if you contact us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.

We use only essential browser storage: your shopping bag, your cookie choice, and whether you’ve seen our welcome offer are kept in your browser’s local storage. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Shopify (commerce and payments), our delivery carriers (name and address, to deliver your order), and PayPal where you choose it. We never sell your data.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing of it, and take your data elsewhere. Email hello@velourlondon.com and we’ll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
