This website is operated by Velour London, a UK fragrance house based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@velourlondon.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or we suspect fraud — if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full. All products are subject to availability; our fragrances are blended in small batches and occasional waits are part of how we work.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated and one welcome code applies per customer.

Fragrance is a natural, hand-blended product: small variations in colour between batches are normal and not a defect. Product imagery is for illustration. Use as directed on the packaging; for external use only.

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it. We are not liable for business losses; this store sells to consumers.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts where you are entitled).
