Shipping & Returns

Standard delivery (3–5 working days): £4.99 — free on orders over £100. Express delivery (1–2 working days): £6.99. Orders are hand-packed in London and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

European Union: £14.99 (3–5 working days from dispatch). Rest of world: £23.99 (3–5 working days from dispatch). International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product, returned items must be unused, unopened and in their sealed original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@velourlondon.com with your order number. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, you are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including postage.
